Your browser will warn about direct APK installs — that's standard for apps outside Google Play. Allow "install unknown apps" for your browser when prompted. The APK is served over HTTPS from our official GitHub releases only.
You don't need the Android app — connect WHOOP directly in Settings and your sleep, recovery physiology and workouts sync in the background.
