These terms are the agreement between you and Anton Ivanov, the individual operator of optiHealth ("we", "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is handled and is part of this agreement. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
optiHealth is an N-of-1 health analytics platform: it syncs data from your wearables and logs, runs statistical analysis scoped to your account, and shows you the results. It is provided free of charge, in active development, and access may be limited, changed, or invite-gated at our discretion. Features can appear, change, or be removed without notice.
The service is free of charge. What it runs on is data: optiHealth's insights are produced by models that learn from the data they analyze, and cross-account baselines are what make your own percentiles and comparisons mean anything. Using the service means contributing to that — it is not an add-on you can decline while keeping the analysis, because the analysis does not exist without it.
Your data stays yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transform, analyze, and display it, and to develop and train the statistical and machine-learning models that power the analysis engine, in each case as described in the Privacy Policy. Training uses data stripped of direct identifiers.
What we give up in return: we never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers — including in aggregated or anonymized form. The resulting models are never sold, licensed, published or used outside optiHealth. Data received from the Google Health API is used solely to provide and improve features visible in optiHealth, in line with Google's Limited Use requirements. The license to identifiable data ends when you delete the data or your account, subject to the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
optiHealth is a wellness and self-tracking tool, not a medical device and not a healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition, and nothing it shows you — including correlations, intervention effects, anomaly flags, and any ECG-, glucose-, or blood-pressure-derived figures — is medical advice. Insights are statistical estimates produced by automated analysis and machine-learning models; they can be incomplete or wrong. Do not use the service in emergencies and do not make medical decisions (starting, stopping, or changing any treatment, medication, or supplement) based on it without consulting a qualified clinician.
When you create a share link for an insight, the linked snapshot (and its preview image) becomes visible to anyone who has the URL, including platforms that unfurl links. Share links are yours to create and revoke; think before posting one publicly.
Any demo entry point is a shared demonstration environment. Don't enter personal or sensitive data there; anything in it may be seen by other visitors, modified, or reset at any time.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Settings — deletion cascades through your health data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, endanger the service or other users, or as part of discontinuing the service; where reasonable we'll give you notice so you can export your data.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of analysis results, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Synced data depends on third-party providers and devices we don't control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of €50 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (the service is currently free), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or deprives you of mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
We may update these terms as the service evolves; we'll bump the date above, and announce material changes in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of residence, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence applies. Questions, disputes, and notices go to antonix@devpins.org — we'll always try to resolve issues informally first.
